Prospective custom homeowners may choose from two different types of construction processes. The first of which is a true custom where clients are involved in every aspect of the process from Plan modifications down to each individual light fixture. This process, while satisfying in nature, can be tedious and takes some extra time. In the end, however, customers typically have a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment.
NMHD also offers “lock and key” custom homes, where prospective homeowners can choose basics such as floor coverings, paint colors, hardware packages etc. This is a less time consuming process and offers customers a little less involvement during the construction process. This process allows all decisions to be made early in the project, and then customers can sit back and watch as their home comes to life.
